Frequently Asked Questions
Your students will receive a text alerting them of their gift, along with pickup day, hours, and location at least 24 hours before delivery. Pickup locations will be centrally located for each campus. In the event your student is unable to make the designated pickup time, we will work with them to make alternate arrangements, which may include alternate pickup times, acceptance by an approved recipient, and, in the rare occasion, mail delivery.
Your student will receive a text message at least 24 hours in advance of pickup day. In most cases, students will receive a text 72 hours in advance, with reminder texts the day before and morning of pickup.
